Dear Artists and Merchants:
The Valdosta Junior Service League (VJSL) is proud to present the 51st Annual Merry Marketplace (MMP) Showcase, a treasured tradition and a premier opportunity to spotlight your business while contributing to meaningful causes within our community. The 2024 event was a huge success with over 3,000 shoppers in two days!
Merry Marketplace 2025 will feature nearly 100 artisans and boutique vendors from across the Southeast. As always, proceeds from this event will directly support a wide range of VJSL-sponsored initiatives that enhance the health, education, and welfare of residents in Lowndes County and the surrounding areas.
We are especially thrilled to unveil a new and exciting addition to this year’s event, “A Very Merry Preview,” an exclusive, early-access evening designed to enhance the overall shopping atmosphere for both vendors and guests.

The 2025 Merry Marketplace Showcase will be held at the James H. Rainwater Conference Center (1 Meeting Place, Valdosta, Georgia 31601) on the following dates:
Vendor Setup: Friday, November 14, 2025 | 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Friday, November 14, 2025 | “A Very Merry Preview” Shopping Experience: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Vendor Arrival: 5:15 p.m.)

Saturday, November 15, 2025 | General Admission: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Vendor Arrival: 8:15 a.m.)

Sunday, November 16, 2025 | General Admission: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Vendor Arrival: 11:15 a.m.)

The 2025 Merry Marketplace Application is available via a fillable Word document below. Please complete it and return it electronically via email to merrymarketplace@gmail.com; place in the subject line, “2025 MMP Vendor.”
